Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 loaf pav - 6 pav


  • 1 tbsp pasta sauce


  • 2 capsicum chopped , 50 grams button mushroom


  • 1 carrot finely chopped


  • 1 large onion finely chopped


  • 5-6 garlic cloves finely chopped


  • 50 grams mozzarella cheese


  • 1 tsp mixed herbs


  • 1 tsp oregano


  • 2 tsp chilli flakes


  • 1 table spoon salt or as required


  • 1 tsp tomato kethup


  • 1 tsp olive oil


  • 200 grams of butter


  • 1/2 cup basil leaves


  • 2 amul cheese slice or any cheese you like

Directions

  • Take the loaf and slit it horizontally and vertically without separating them.
  • In a bowl add melted butter and half of the chopped garlic , stir well and apply on pav loaf.
  • Take oil and butter in a pan and add garlic.
  • Wait till raw smell og garlic goes away. Now add onions, capsicum, carrots, mushrooms.
  • Add salt ,pasta sauce, mixed herbs and mix well.
  • When oil seperates add oregano , cheese slice , tomato kethup, basil and stir.
  • Now take the pav loaf and stuff this masala inside along woth mozzarella slice.
  • Apply the garlic butter we made earlier and add some more cheese on top .
  • Sprinkle mixed herbs and bake in a preheated oven for 5 minutes.
  • Pullout and eat hot
