Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 1 loaf pav - 6 pav

  • 1 tbsp pasta sauce

  • 2 capsicum chopped , 50 grams button mushroom

  • 1 carrot finely chopped

  • 1 large onion finely chopped

  • 5-6 garlic cloves finely chopped

  • 50 grams mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tsp mixed herbs

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 2 tsp chilli flakes

  • 1 table spoon salt or as required

  • 1 tsp tomato kethup

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 200 grams of butter

  • 1/2 cup basil leaves

  • 2 amul cheese slice or any cheese you like

Directions

    Take the loaf and slit it horizontally and vertically without separating them.

    In a bowl add melted butter and half of the chopped garlic , stir well and apply on pav loaf.

    Take oil and butter in a pan and add garlic.

  • 04

    Wait till raw smell og garlic goes away. Now add onions, capsicum, carrots, mushrooms.

    Add salt ,pasta sauce, mixed herbs and mix well.

    When oil seperates add oregano , cheese slice , tomato kethup, basil and stir.

    Now take the pav loaf and stuff this masala inside along woth mozzarella slice.

    Apply the garlic butter we made earlier and add some more cheese on top .

  • 09

    Sprinkle mixed herbs and bake in a preheated oven for 5 minutes.

    Pullout and eat hot
