Jackfruit seeds boiled and blended coarsely - 1 cup
Finely chopped onions - 2 nos
Besan - 1 cup
Rice flour - 50 grams
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste. - 1 tsp
Fennel seed - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
Oil- 500 ml for deep frying
Blend boiled jackfruit seeds with ginger and garlic paste coarsely.
Mix the blended jackfruit seeds with besan, rice flour, chopped onions, garam masala powder, chilli powder and salt, mix well.
Heat oil in a pan and drop a tbsp of pakora batter in to the oil.
Fry till it turns golden colour. Remove from oil and drain it in a colander.
Jackfruit seed pakoras are ready to serve.
Serve hot with any accompaniments as you wish.
