Ingredients
Serves 2
Boiled noodles 2 cups
Shrimp 1 cups
Slices onion 1/2 cups
Slices red Bell pepper 1/2 cups
capsicum 1/2 cups
Carrot Julian 1/4 cups
chopped garlic 1 tbsp
chopped chillies 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 1/4 cups
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Sesame oil 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Chilly sauce 1 tbsp
Directions
Heat sesame oil and add chopped garlic and saute 2-3 minutes . Add shrimp and fry it.
Add onion and all vegetables and cook it on high flame
Now add vinegar, tomato ketchup, chilly sauce, and soya sauce ,cook 1 minute and add boiled noodles, salt and sugar. Coat the noodles properly with sauce. Serve hot.
