Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Boiled mixed lentil and beans 1 cup (. White chickpea, black chickpea, yellow Peas kidney beans eyes beans ,moong)


  • Chopped vegetables 1 cup( onion garlic french beans and carrots)


  • Gram flour 1 tablespoon


  • Corn flour 1 tablespoon


  • Dal masala and salt 1/2 teaspoon or according to taste


  • Bread crumbs 4 tablespoon


  • oil for deep fry 2 cup

Directions

  • Chopped all vegetables and boil beans and lentils
  • Grind lentil and Beans
  • Take out this mixture in mixing bowl and add all vegetables
  • Add remaining ingredients
  • Mix very well
  • Make a soft dough
  • Take out some portion of this mixture hand make nuggets in rectangle shape
  • Repeat this process until all nuggets
  • Negates coat in breadcrumbs
  • Heat oil and fry all nugget
  • Until nuggets become in golden colour
  • Now mixed lentil beans veg nuggets a healthy bit's ready for your kids
