Beat the butter and sugar powder until mixture becomes light and fluffy and add mango essence and food color
Add the baking powder, baking soda maida and mix it well.
Now take some portion of dough and spread on hand
Put one teaspoon mango pulp on centre and fould cookies
Baked these cookies on preheated oven at 180 ℃ for 20 minutes
Take out all cookies and allow them to get cooled.
Cookies ready for serve
