Gram Flour 1 cups
Chopped Coriander 1 cups
Jeera 1/2 tsp
Rai 1/2 tsp
Ajwain 1/2 tsp
Red Chili and Salt 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1/2 tsp
Oil for Deep Fry 2 cups
Mix all ingredients make a thin paste using 2 cup water
Pour batter in microwave bowl
Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes. Remove it and beat the batter now. Again, cook for 2 minutes in the microwave. Remove it again and beat it again. For the last time, cook for 1 minute in the microwave and beat.
Now grease a plate and spread the kothimbir Vadi in 1 inch thick layer. Leave for 20 to 30 minute
When kothimbir Vadi completely cool down cut in rectangle shape.
Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry all kothimbir Vadi until Golden in colour
Now kothimbir Vadi ready to serve with tomato ketchup and chutney.
