Ingredients

  • 1 nos beetroot


  • 1 bowls green grapes


  • 1 bowls pomegranate seeds


  • 1 bowls fresh coriander


  • 3/4 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp pomegranate powder


  • 1-2 tbsp fresh cream


  • 1 bowls wheat flour


  • 1-2 tsp rice


  • 1-2 tsp green lentil


  • 1 bowls chickpea flour

Directions

  • blend beetroot, grapes, pomegranate, in a paste
  • grind rice and split green lentil in powder
  • finely knead all the ingredients along with fruit pulp and rice mix
  • Roll out 2 Chapatis
  • cut 2 triangles from each one
  • pile them into star shape by rolling pin

  • serve with butter or jam
