Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1 cups suji


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 2 tbsp grated beetroot


  • 1/3 cups grated carrot


  • 8-10 nos curry leaves


  • 1/2 cups water


  • 1/2 cups curd


  • 1 nos eno sachet

Directions

  • First mix suji with curd & water. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • Now heat oil in a wok & add mustard seeds. Let it splutter. Add curry leaves and switch off the flame.
  • Now mix this curry leaves oil in suji mixture. Now add beetroot and carrot in suji mixture.
  • Mix nicely. Now add salt and eno. mix again.
  • Now grease idly moulds and quickly pour suji mixture till 2/3 of each mould .Steam in microwave for 3 minutes.
  • Check with toothpick .Now demould and serve hot..
  • Yummy idlis are ready to Enjoy
