First mix suji with curd & water. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
Now heat oil in a wok & add mustard seeds. Let it splutter. Add curry leaves and switch off the flame.
Now mix this curry leaves oil in suji mixture. Now add beetroot and carrot in suji mixture.
Mix nicely. Now add salt and eno. mix again.
Now grease idly moulds and quickly pour suji mixture till 2/3 of each mould .Steam in microwave for 3 minutes.
Check with toothpick .Now demould and serve hot..
