Ingredients

  • Round Apple 1 nos

  • Maida 1/2 cups

  • Semolina 1 tbsp

  • Corn Flour 1 tbsp

  • Baking Soda 1/2 tsp

  • Vinegar 1 tsp

  • sugar syrup of 1 string consistency 1 bowls

  • Water to prepare batter 1/2 bowls

Directions

    Take an apple.Cut into round slices by removing rounders from centre.

    Dipped the slices in lemon water to prevent it from becoming black.

    Take a pan.Add 2 cups water and I cup sugar to make sugar syrup.

    Let it boil till thickened to have 1 string consistency.

    Take a bowl.Add maida, corn flour, baking soda and semolina.Mix it well by adding sufficient amount of water.Add vinegar and mix well so that batter have proper consistency.

    Heat oil. Meanwhile take apple pieces out of lemon water. Wipe on a kitchen napkin and dip in batter.

    Fry in oil till golden brown.

    Dip in sugar syrup so that syrup gets into hot jalebi properly.
