  • 250 gms curd

  • 8-10 nos fresh coriander leaves stems

  • 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds

  • 1/2 tsp black salt

  • 250 ml water


  • Firstly whisk the curd and water in a bowl well. That is prepare buttermilk.
  • Now separate all the leaves from the stem of the coriander.
  • Make a fine paste with the help of mixer grinder.
  • Now add coriander paste, roasted cumin seeds, black salt in buttermilk.
  • Cool and put it in the glass serve slightly cumin powder and coriander leaves from top to bottom.
