Curd 250 gms
Fresh Coriander Leaves Stems 8-10 nos
Roasted Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Black Salt 1/2 tsp
Water 250 ml
Firstly whisk the curd and water in a bowl well. That is prepare buttermilk.
Now separate all the leaves from the stem of the coriander.
Make a fine paste with the help of mixer grinder.
Now add coriander paste, roasted cumin seeds, black salt in buttermilk.
Cool and put it in the glass serve slightly cumin powder and coriander leaves from top to bottom.
