Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 2 cups wheat flour


  • 1 cups sugar


  • 1/2 cups water


  • 2 tsp fennel seeds


  • 1/2 cups pure ghee

Directions

  • In a pan add sugar and water boil it.
  • Sieve the wheat flour add ghee and fennel seeds crumble it.
  • Now add sugar water and knead it.
  • Now make peda roll it with rolling pin.
  • In a flat pan add 1 tsp ghee and shallow fry the roat.
  • Fry both sides properly.
  • Enjoy it.
