Wheat Flour 2 cups
Sugar 1 cups
Water 1/2 cups
Fennel Seeds 2 tsp
Pure Ghee 1/2 cups
In a pan add sugar and water boil it.
Sieve the wheat flour add ghee and fennel seeds crumble it.
Now add sugar water and knead it.
Now make peda roll it with rolling pin.
In a flat pan add 1 tsp ghee and shallow fry the roat.
Fry both sides properly.
