Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cups tur dal


  • 1 nos tamarind ,gooseberry size


  • 1 cups rice


  • 1 cups salt


  • 1 tsp chili powder


  • 1 cups vegetable


  • 1/2 tsp jeera powder


  • 4 tsp ghee


  • 5 cups water


  • 1 nos onion


  • 1 nos tomato


  • 1/2 tsp hing


  • 8 nos garlic


  • 5 tsp oil


  • 1/2 tsp mustard


  • 3 tsp ghee


  • 1 cups cooked rice

Directions

  • Wash rice and dal
  • Add dal, cumin powders,hing, onion and tomatos in presser pan with water and leave to 4 whistels
  • Then add salt, chilli powder, tumeric garlic and broad been leave to one whistels
  • Finally add tamarind water make to boil.
  • Seasoning with musturd and curry leaf
  • Mix with rice. Add ghee and serve hot
