Ingredients

  • Tur Dal 1 cups

  • Tamarind ,gooseberry size 1 nos

  • Rice 1 cups

  • Salt 1 cups

  • Chili Powder 1 tsp

  • Vegetable 1 cups

  • Jeera Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Ghee 4 tsp

  • Water 5 cups

  • onion 1 nos

  • tomato 1 nos

  • Hing 1/2 tsp

  • garlic 8 nos

  • Oil 5 tsp

  • Mustard 1/2 tsp

  • Ghee 3 tsp

  • Cooked Rice 1 cups

Directions

    Wash rice and dal

  • 02

    Add dal, cumin powders,hing, onion and tomatos in presser pan with water and leave to 4 whistels

  • 03

    Then add salt, chilli powder, tumeric garlic and broad been leave to one whistels

  • 04

    Finally add tamarind water make to boil.

    Seasoning with musturd and curry leaf

  • 06

    Mix with rice. Add ghee and serve hot
