Take a pressure cooker and ghee to it.
Now add hing and jeera.
After that double the water of samakya and put in the cooker.
Now add samakya and chopped potatoes and pressure cook it for 2 whistles.
After the steam comes out cool it down.
Then mash these samakya rice finely.
Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, chat masala, chopped dhania leaves, dhania powder.
Mix it very well and see there should not be any lumps.
Now make it in a shape of patty or tikki.
Heat the pan and brush it with oil.
Put the pattys on it.
Brush oil on both the sides of pattice
When it starts getting brown and crisp, transfer them to the plate.
Serve hot with green chutney and ketchup.
