In a bowl sieve flour and baking powder and baking soda.
In another bowl mix sugar with butter and add milk cream, orange juice and orange zest.
Now mix liquid mixture with dry mixture.
Grease a baking tin and sprinkle some flour. Tap out excess flour.
Pour the cake batter into cake tin
Bake it at 180℃for 30 minutes or till it properly baked.
After baked and completely cool let it demold it.
For chocolate ganache microwave chocolate for 1 minute and melt it.
Add butter.
Evenly spread it on orange cake.
For topping:- in a pan melt sugar on medium flame and tossed orange slices and caramelize it.
Now decorate cake with caramelized orange slices.
