Ingredients

  • Thick poha 2 bowls

  • Desi ghee 2 bowls

  • Dry fruit pieces 2 tsp

  • Gulkand 3-4 tsp

  • Almond 4 nos

  • Keshewnuts 4 nos

  • Mava 4 tsp

  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp

Directions

    Heat ghee in frying pan .pour all the ghee but it will left some after frying

  • 02

    Fry poha in ghee and let it cool on tissue paper to absorb extra ghee. saute mava in pan for 5 minutes

    Now make powder of fried poha in mixer

  • 04

    Take the powdered poha in big bowl.Add dryfruit pieces as u like ,add cardamom powder and mava.

    Mix well and add gulkand as per need

  • 06

    Mix well and make small laddus

  • 07

    Garnish with gulkand,almond and keshewnuts
