  • 2 bowls thick poha

  • 2 bowls desi ghee

  • 2 tsp dry fruit pieces

  • 3-4 tsp gulkand

  • 4 nos almond

  • 4 nos keshewnuts

  • 4 tsp mava

  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • Heat ghee in frying pan .pour all the ghee but it will left some after frying
  • Fry poha in ghee and let it cool on tissue paper to absorb extra ghee. saute mava in pan for 5 minutes
  • Now make powder of fried poha in mixer
  • Take the powdered poha in big bowl.Add dryfruit pieces as u like ,add cardamom powder and mava.
  • Mix well and add gulkand as per need
  • Mix well and make small laddus
  • Garnish with gulkand,almond and keshewnuts
