Ingredients

  • Milk 1 cups

  • Rolled Oats 2 tbsp

  • Banana,chopped 1 nos

  • Nannari Syrup 1 tbsp

  • Almonds 3 nos

  • Flax Seeds 1 tsp

  • Basil Seeds 1 tsp

  • Ice Cubes 2-3 nos

Directions

    Blend together all the ingredients except basil seeds into a smooth consistency .

    You can even add basil seeds while blending, I like to top it over the smoothie.

  • 03

    Finally pour this into a serving glass and top it with basil seeds and few grated nuts.
