Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 cups milk


  • 2 tbsp rolled oats


  • 1 nos banana,chopped


  • 1 tbsp nannari syrup


  • 3 nos almonds


  • 1 tsp flax seeds


  • 1 tsp basil seeds


  • 2-3 nos ice cubes

Directions

  • Blend together all the ingredients except basil seeds into a smooth consistency .
  • You can even add basil seeds while blending, I like to top it over the smoothie.
  • Finally pour this into a serving glass and top it with basil seeds and few grated nuts.
