Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 kgs bhindi


  • 1/4 kgs potatoes


  • 3 nos tomatoes


  • 1 inch ginger


  • 1 nos garlic


  • 2 tsp green chili paste


  • 1/2 bowls coriender


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 2 tsp daniya powder


  • 1/2 tbsp haldi

Directions

  • Make a cut on center of all the bhindi
  • Cut all potatoes in rounds
  • In a pan or cooker add oil 3 so, put bhindi and potato stir fry , cook for 4 mins. Now add ginger garlic green chili paste freshly blended. Now add sukhe masala like daniya haldi, red chilli powder, add tomato puree fresh, coriender mix and cook on low flamefor 15 mins.
  • Till bhindi and potato cook completely,
  • Serve with chapatis
