milkmaid for chocolate sauce 200 gms
oil for frying 2 cups
maida for gujiya 1 1/2 cups
ghee for gujiya 5 tbsp
cardamom powder for filling 1 tbsp
nuts for filling 3 tbsp
grated coconut for filling 2 cups
cocoa powder for filling 3 tbsp
cocoa powder for chocolate sauce 2 tbsp
butter for chocolate sauce 50 gms
milkmaid for filling 200 gms
Cook filling ingredients till thick, add ghee and water to maida, knead to make dough.
Take portion of dough, place filling inside, shape into gujiya and fry.
Heat chocolate sauce ingredients together till it leaves the sides of the pan.
Glaze gujiya with sauce and serve.
