Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 cups lauki


  • 100 gms paneer


  • 2 nos carrots


  • 2 nos capsicum


  • 1 nos garlic


  • 1 inch ginger


  • 2 nos green chillies


  • 1 cups cup oats


  • 2 tsp rice flour


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 2 tsp cream


  • 1 tsp butter


  • 1 tsp chat masala


  • 8 nos sticks long


  • 2 cups oil


  • 1 nos onion

Directions

  • Paneer, capsicum, carrot, green chilli, gingerand garlic, and lauki means bottle guard chop in chopper or grate it
  • Now in this mixture add oats half cup, then salrt red chilli powder, garam masala jeera, and 2 sp rice flour mix well
  • Oats absorbs moisture of lauki
  • Now take little portion of above mixture and give shape of kabab on stick
  • Roll this stick on oats to cover mixture and absorbs moisture so that it becomes crisp.
  • Shallow fry this kabab.
  • Now make a dip of mixing cream melted butter and chatt masala mix and apply on all kababs to make it more chatpata.
  • Garnish with onions 🍅 tomato, green chilli and dip serve hot
