Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 200 gms cottage cheese


  • 2 nos tomatoes


  • 1/4 tbsp red chili powder


  • 1/4 tbsp black pepper


  • 1/4 tbsp garam masala


  • 1 pinch turmeric


  • 1/2 tsp ginger green chili paste


  • 1/2 tsp salt as per taste


  • 2 tsp curd


  • 1 tsp butter

Directions

  • Cut the paneer in cube shape. Also use a fork to make small holes in the cube. (This will help the paneer soak the marinated spices easily.)
  • Add all the spices in curd and butter, mix it well and prepare a thick gravy.
  • Add paneer cubes in the gravy. Allow the paneer to soak the gravy for approx 15 minutes.
  • Cut tomatoes in small pieces.
  • Heat little butter on a fry pan. Fry the marinated paneer with tomatoes until it turns a little brown.
  • Paneer tikka masala is ready! Serve with green chilli sauce.
