First wash brinjal make cuts in cross shape to it
Roast coconut chopped onion and make fine paste
Add redchilli powder,turmeric powder,salt garam masala,ginger garlic coriander paste to it mix well and stuff it in the cut brinjal some mixture should be left
Heat the oil,add mustard and cumin seeds,when flutters add left mixture stir well for 3 minutes
Add the stuffed bringals in oil mix well then add boiled water
Let it cook for ten minutes
Stir it in middle
When brinjal get smooth it is ready take it down
Serv with hot bhakri
