Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 4-5 nos fresh brinjals


  • 1 nos onion


  • 5 tsp dry coconut grated


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic coriander paste


  • 2 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 6 tsp oil


  • 1/2 tsp mustard and cumin seeds

Directions

  • First wash brinjal make cuts in cross shape to it
  • Roast coconut chopped onion and make fine paste
  • Add redchilli powder,turmeric powder,salt garam masala,ginger garlic coriander paste to it mix well and stuff it in the cut brinjal some mixture should be left
  • Heat the oil,add mustard and cumin seeds,when flutters add left mixture stir well for 3 minutes
  • Add the stuffed bringals in oil mix well then add boiled water
  • Let it cook for ten minutes
  • Stir it in middle
  • When brinjal get smooth it is ready take it down
  • Serv with hot bhakri
