Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 3 cups cooked rice


  • 3 tbsp idli podi


  • 2 tbsp desi ghee


  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Heat ghee and add idli podi to it.
  • Saute for 2 minutes on a low heat.
  • Add cooked rice to this along with the salt. Add salt according to one's taste and liking.
  • Mix well and allow to heat it up a little on a low heat. Do not forget to cover it up with a lid.
  • Serve hot immediately.
  • A yummy rice recipe that is done with just 3 ingredients. There is no need to add anything else to this except ghee since it has all the flavours in it due to the spices that are used in idli podi. It not only looks lovely but tastes equally awesome.
