Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 500 gms boneless chicken


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp pepper powder


  • 1/2 cups coriander leaves


  • 10 nos pudina leaves


  • 1/4 cups capsicum(chopped)


  • 2 nos green chillies


  • 1/4 cups spring onions(chopped)


  • 2 tbsp grated cheese


  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tbsp lime juice


  • 3 tbsp corn flour


  • 4 tbsp ghee/oil

Directions

  • Make a paste of the all the green ingredients, with some lime juice.
  • Marinate the chicken with the above paste, salt, pepper , ginger garlic paste and cornflour. Then add the grated cheese as well.. let it sit for at least 2-3 hrs.
  • Now insert skewers through the marinated chicken pieces, brush them with little ghee/oil and bake or roast them in a preheated oven for 20 minutes, at 200℃. Serve them with pudina chutney.
