In a bowl add mashed boiled peas salt ginger red chilly pow haldi and mix it well Add grated paneer and mix it well
Take some portion of allo filling on your hand shape it like a nest Coat with maida batter and then coat with vermicelli and refrigerate for twenty min
For paneer egg Take a bowl add paneer salt pepper and mix it well and roll into small balls
Fry bird nest until golden brown
For plating Take bird nest add green chutney and coriander leaves the put paneer eggs and serve hot
