Ingredients

chaap 10 piece
curd 1/2 cups
amul cream 1/2 cups
chopped garlic 1/2 tsp
grated ginger 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
All spice mix 1/4 tsp
Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp
lemon juice 1/2 tsp
red capsicum (diced) 1 nos
Green capsicum (diced) 1 nos
onion (diced) 1 nos
Directions
take out chaap from stick and cut it into thick pieces and refrigerate for 5-6 hrs
mix all the above ingredients in a bowl except salt, lemon juice and vegetables.
marinate chaap and vegetables in the batter
add salt and lemon juice in the marinated mixture
arrange chaap and vegetables on a wooden stick and i have made in pan and air fryer both
for air fryer first Preheat at 180°C for 4 minutes and cook for 5 minutes
in a non stick pan cook it over slow to medium flame with some oil
Serve hot with mint sauce and salad
