In a pan bring water to boil and add salt with few drops of olive oil. When water starts boiling add spaghetti.
Cook it till al dante. And remove out of water to prevent oevrcooking.
Sauce: Add butter , olive oil in pan add garlic. Stir till garlic's raw smell goes away.
Use the water we boiled sphagetti in, to parboil tomatoes.
Till then add onions to the pan and let it turn translucent. Add salt .
Take the tomatoes and deskin it, grind to smooth paste and add into the pan.
Let it simmer for 5 minutes. Wait till oil separates.
Add oregano , mixed herbs, chilli flakes, parmesan cheese.
Add milk to make sphagetti tender and soft.
Add the sphagetti and cook for 5 more minutes.
Add pasta masala and amul cheese and cover the lid
Drizzle olive oil and garnish with mint leaves.
Tastes better when accompanied with garlic bread.
