Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Sphagetti,fistful 3 nos


  • Large Onion 4 nos


  • Tomatoes 3 nos


  • Parmesan Cheese 1/2 cups


  • Mixed herbs 1 tsp


  • Butter 1 tsp


  • Olive oil 2 tbsp


  • Amul Cheese Slice 1 nos


  • Pasta Masala 2 tsp


  • Mint Leaves 2-3 nos


  • Garlic Cloves ,finely chopped 12 nos


  • Chili Flakes 2 tsp


  • Oregano 2 tsp


  • Milk 4-5 tsp

Directions

  • In a pan bring water to boil and add salt with few drops of olive oil. When water starts boiling add spaghetti.
  • Cook it till al dante. And remove out of water to prevent oevrcooking.
  • Sauce: Add butter , olive oil in pan add garlic. Stir till garlic's raw smell goes away.
  • Use the water we boiled sphagetti in, to parboil tomatoes.
  • Till then add onions to the pan and let it turn translucent. Add salt .
  • Take the tomatoes and deskin it, grind to smooth paste and add into the pan.
  • Let it simmer for 5 minutes. Wait till oil separates.
  • Add oregano , mixed herbs, chilli flakes, parmesan cheese.
  • Add milk to make sphagetti tender and soft.
  • Add the sphagetti and cook for 5 more minutes.
  • Add pasta masala and amul cheese and cover the lid
  • Drizzle olive oil and garnish with mint leaves.
  • Tastes better when accompanied with garlic bread.
