Ingredients

Serves 5

  • Grapes 1/2 cups

  • Banana Pieces 1 tbsp

  • Tutti Frutti 1 tbsp

  • Green Cardamom Powder 1 tsp

  • Full Cream Milk 1 litre

  • Sago soaked for 5 hours 1 cups

  • Almonds ,chopped 1 tbsp

  • Sugar 3 tbsp

  • Saffron Strands 10-12 nos

  • Raisins 1 tbsp

Directions

    Add milk in a wok & bring it to boil . Add sabudana.

    when sabudana is cooked and becomes transparent add sugar,green cardamom powder and almond pieces.

    Allow it to boil for 2 mins.Add raisins and saffron. Switch off the flame.

    Let it cool completely. Pour in serving glasses and garnish with fruits, tutti frutti and dry fruits

    Chill for some time. Serve it cool.
