Fruit Infused Sago Kheer

Ingredients

1/2 cups grapes
1 tbsp banana pieces
1 tbsp tutti frutti
1 tsp green cardamom powder
1 litre full cream milk
1 cups sago soaked for 5 hours
1 tbsp almonds ,chopped
3 tbsp sugar
10-12 nos saffron strands
1 tbsp raisins
Directions
Add milk in a wok & bring it to boil . Add sabudana.
when sabudana is cooked and becomes transparent add sugar,green cardamom powder and almond pieces.
Allow it to boil for 2 mins.Add raisins and saffron. Switch off the flame.
Let it cool completely. Pour in serving glasses and garnish with fruits, tutti frutti and dry fruits
Chill for some time. Serve it cool.
