Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 3 cup boiled rice

  • 2 onions

  • 2 tomato

  • 1Capsicum

  • 4baby corns

  • 1bowl sweet corns

  • 1/2 bowl broccoli

  • 1 bowl palak

  • 2sp ginger garlic paste

  • 2 tejpata

  • 1 cup dahi

  • 1 sp garam masala

  • 1sp red chilli powder

  • 2 spSalt to taste

  • 100gms Paneer

  • 2sp maida 2 sp corn flour

  • 1pinch of orange red colour

  • 1/2 bowl Coriender

  • 3Palak ke pate

  • 10 cherry

  • 2sp shezwan sauce

Directions

    In a pan add oil 4 sps , then add 1sp ginger garlic paste, then onion make it tras lucent then add chopped tomatoes cook for 2 to 3 mins

    Now add chopped vegetables baby corn, sweet corn, broccoli, capsicum cook for 4 mins now add spices salt, garam masala, red chilli powder, tejpata cook for 1 min

    Now add 1 cup curd means dahi 1 cup water cook for 5 mins then add coriender

    Mix well and add boiled rice and mix well.

    For crispy paneer add paneer pieces, ginger garlic paste, colour, salt ,red chilli powder 2 sp water mix add shallow fry paneer till become crispy.

    Fry palak leaf garnishing put rice in plate

    Put crispy paneer on it, and cherries around it . Then add palak leaves and schezwan sauce as shown in image
