In a pan add oil 4 sps , then add 1sp ginger garlic paste, then onion make it tras lucent then add chopped tomatoes cook for 2 to 3 mins
Now add chopped vegetables baby corn, sweet corn, broccoli, capsicum cook for 4 mins now add spices salt, garam masala, red chilli powder, tejpata cook for 1 min
Now add 1 cup curd means dahi 1 cup water cook for 5 mins then add coriender
Mix well and add boiled rice and mix well.
For crispy paneer add paneer pieces, ginger garlic paste, colour, salt ,red chilli powder 2 sp water mix add shallow fry paneer till become crispy.
