First wash and grind the soaked chana dal in fine paste
Then saute mava for 5 minutes,add dryfruit pieces and 1/4tsp cardamom powder ,2tsp powdered sugar and mix well and make vry small balls
Then heat 2 tsp ghee in pan add grated beetroot saute it for 2 minutes then add 1/2 bowl powdered sugarand cardamom powder and mix well when mixture starts thickening,take it down then put it in fridge
Then heat the remaining ghee ,add the chanadal paste init saute continuously it gets pinkish and separated from the pan
Then take it down when cools add remaining powdered sugar and cardamom powder and mix well it becomes soft
Now take out beetmixture and stuff the dryfruit balls in beet mixture we get beetroot balls
Now stuff the beetroot balls in the sweet mixture of chana dal and make ladoos
Put ladoo in fridge for 15 minutes
Your stuffed chanadal beetroot dryfruit ladoos ready.decorate with saffron threads .
