Mix semolina with boiled mashed sweet potato and keep for 10 minutes
Mix milk powder, baking soda with maida and add ghee also. Finely mix with sweet potato ,semolina mixture and make a dough. Rest for another 10 minutes.
Divide dough into small balls. For two roses require 4 nos of small puries. Line the pure one after another, little over lapping. Roll the puries and cut it in the middle and put it on the baking tray.
Put one blanched almond on the top of each rose.
Bake in preheated oven for 25- 30 minutes at 180 degree centigrade
Meanwhile make sugar syrup. Add 1 cup water with sugar and make medium thin syrup . Add lemon juice and cardamom powder also.
Take out roses from the oven and pour hot sugar on the baked roses and keep for 1 hour.
Ready to serve hot or cool.
