  • 1/4 kgs maida(all purpose flour)

  • 1 bowls green peas

  • 1 bowls carrot grated

  • 1 bowls sugar

  • 4 bowls ghee

  • 1 tsp cardamom powder

  • 2 tsp dry fruit,optional

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp oil


  • Take maida in bowl,add salt,2 tsp hot oil mix well and add water to make dough for role. Knead it.
  • Now heat 1/2tsp ghee and add grated carrot.saute for 3 minutes.add 1/2 bowl sugar.mix well. Make thick mixture. add cardamom powder.
  • Then put green peas in mixer and make paste not very fine
  • Heat 1/2 tsp ghee add peas paste saute for 3 minutes add 1/2bowl sugar mix well.a dd cardamom powder.
  • When mixture thickens take it down
  • Add dryfruits as u like in both the mixtures
  • Now knead the dough make chappati with rolling pin
  • Put the carrot mixture in an inch portion then roll chapati again put the peas mixture and roll again
  • Repeat till chappati ends
  • Your roll stuffed with carrot mixture and peas mixture is ready
  • Now heat ghee in frying pan .put the roll in it. dip fry from both the sides till it becomes pinkish.
  • Your sweet roll is ready to serv.
