Cooking oats 1/2 cups
Yogurt 1/2 cups
Milk(approx) 1 cups
Honey(optional) 1 tbsp
Chia Seeds 1/2 tsp
Strawberries 4-5 nos
Clean and wash the strawberries and pat dry them.
Remove the stems
Hulled the strawberries and slice them.
Now take all the ingredients in a jar and give a good mix.
Cover the jar with a lid and keep it in the refrigerator for overnight or at least for hours.
After that you can take out and eat.
