Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Fried prwan 500 grams

  • Potato 3nos chopped in slices

  • Onion 3 medium size finely chopped

  • 1 tomoto medium size finely chopped

  • for Masala onion 3 medium size chopped roughly 1 inch ginger 14 garlic pods 1 inch cinnamon 2 Cardamom 2 cloves 1 red Chilli whole 1 green Chilli

  • 1 inch cinnamon crushed

  • 1 Cardamom crushed

  • 1 bay leaf

  • 1/4 tsp sugar

  • 1/4tsp turmeric powder

  • 1tsp red Chilli powder

  • Salt 1/4tsp

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 2 cup water

  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp

  • Mustard oil 3 tbsp

Directions

    Take a heavy bottom fry pan add oil,once heated sugar and let it camremilze

  • 02

    Now add cinnamon, Cardamom and bay leaf

  • 03

    Immediately add chopped onion's and sauté

  • 04

    In the mean time add all ingridents and grind to fine paste

  • 05

    Now add tomoto to and cook till its mushy

  • 06

    Now add masala paste and other powder masala to it

  • 07

    Now Add potato and fried prwan

  • 08

    Saute it till all raw smell of masala

    Now add coconut milk and let dries up and oil start coming from sides

    Now add water and bring this whole thing to a good boil, cover and simmer till oil floats on top.Boil for 10 Minutes

    garnish it with chopped coriander leaves

    Serve hot
