Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 2 nos ingredients for preparing the meat : onion chopped


  • 500 gms goat meat


  • 2 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp haldi powder


  • 1 1/2 tsp salt


  • 5-7 nos garlic cloves


  • 1 tsp ginger chopped


  • 1/4 cups coriander leaves chopped


  • 1/4 cups mint leaves chopped


  • 1 cups water


  • 2 cups chana dal


  • 1 tsp other ingredients :poppy seeds


  • 8-12 nos cashew nuts


  • 1 tsp cherongi


  • 2 tbsp ingredients for the filling :hung curd


  • 1/4 cups onions finely chopped


  • 2 tsp coriander leaves chopped


  • 2 tsp mint leaves chopped


  • 1 nos green chilli chopped


  • 1/4 cups mixed dryfruits chopped


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 2 nos lemon juice

Directions

  • Method To Prepare Meat : Soak Chana Dal For 15mins.
  • In a pressure cooker add meat, onions, chana dal, red chilli powder, haldi powder, salt, garlic cloves, ginger, and water.
  • Pressure cook for 5 whistles and simmer for 10mins.
  • Meanwhile roast poppy seeds, cashew nuts, and cherongi. Grind into paste and keep aside.
  • Now to the cooked meat add garam masala powder, ground paste and juice of 2 lemons. And Grind into the mixer.
  • Now add finely chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves and some green chillies.
  • Method For The Filling :Take hand full of meat, form a small balls.
  • Fill in the filling and cover it and make a flat round shape.
  • Shallow fry in non stick pan from both the sides.
  • Serve hot..!!
