Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 2 large potatoes


  • 6 tablespoons gram flour


  • 2 tablespoons rice flour


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1 teaspoon onion seeds


  • 1 teaspoon chat masala


  • 1 cup water

Directions

  • Peel and cut the potatoes thin and lengthwise .
  • In a bowl add 2 cups of water and a pinch of salt and soak the potatoes in 10 minutes .
  • In a large bowl add gram flour , rice flour , salt and onion seeds and 1/2 cup of water to mix a batter .
  • Heat oil in a deep pan .
  • Coat a potatoes slices into the batter and deep fry until the potato are golden brown in colour .
  • Serve and enjoy the Bengali spl Aloo Chop with Tomato Sauce ...........
