Ingredients

  • Atta 1 cups

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Oil 2 tsp

  • Grated Beetroot 2 tsp

  • Grated Carrot 1 tsp

  • Grated Cabbage 1 cups

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp

  • Vinegar 1 tsp

  • Green Chili Sauce 1 tsp

  • Soya Sauce 1/2 tsp

  • onion 1 nos

Directions

    In a bowl add grated beetroot, carrot and add water and cook for 3 min

    Filter the water

    Take atta add salt 2 tsp oil and add beetroot carrot water and knead the dough

  • 04

    Add 1 tsp oil and rest it for 15 min

  • 05

    Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan add onion cabbage, salt and saute it

    Add ginger garlic paste and saute it

  • 07

    Add vinegar, chilli sauce, soya sauce and saute it

    Switch off the flame

  • 09

    Take small size ball from the dough

    Stuff the mixture

  • 11

    Prepare the momo's

  • 12

    Place it in a steamer

  • 13

    Steam it for 10 min on medium flame
