Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups atta


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 2 tsp grated beetroot


  • 1 tsp grated carrot


  • 1 cups grated cabbage


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp vinegar


  • 1 tsp green chili sauce


  • 1/2 tsp soya sauce


  • 1 nos onion

Directions

  • In a bowl add grated beetroot, carrot and add water and cook for 3 min
  • Filter the water
  • Take atta add salt 2 tsp oil and add beetroot carrot water and knead the dough
  • Add 1 tsp oil and rest it for 15 min
  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan add onion cabbage, salt and saute it
  • Add ginger garlic paste and saute it
  • Add vinegar, chilli sauce, soya sauce and saute it
  • Switch off the flame
  • Take small size ball from the dough
  • Stuff the mixture
  • Prepare the momo's
  • Place it in a steamer
  • Steam it for 10 min on medium flame
