Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 litre full cream milk


  • 1 cups amul cream


  • 1 nos egg


  • 2 drop vanilla essense


  • 2 nos kesar strands


  • 1/2 cups chopped dry fruits


  • 1 nos pao anguri petha

Directions

  • Take milk in a pan and reduce it to half on slow flame. Keep stirring .
  • Add fresh cream.
  • Add the syrup from petha to meet required sweetness.
  • Let it simmer for 5 minutes
  • Break the egg and add only the yolk into the milk.
  • When it thickens chop anguri petha into small pieces and add to the milk.
  • Add chopped dryfruits
  • Garnish it with anguri petha , rose petals.
  • You can add few drops of vanilla essense.
  • Keep it in fridge to chill and serve to release the heat in summer.
