Ingredients

Serves 4

  • full cream milk 1 litre

  • amul cream 1 cups

  • egg 1 nos

  • vanilla essense 2 drop

  • kesar strands 2 nos

  • chopped dry fruits 1/2 cups

  • pao anguri petha 1 nos

Directions

    Take milk in a pan and reduce it to half on slow flame. Keep stirring .

    Add fresh cream.

  • 03

    Add the syrup from petha to meet required sweetness.

    Let it simmer for 5 minutes

  • 05

    Break the egg and add only the yolk into the milk.

  • 06

    When it thickens chop anguri petha into small pieces and add to the milk.

    Add chopped dryfruits

  • 08

    Garnish it with anguri petha , rose petals.

  • 09

    You can add few drops of vanilla essense.

    Keep it in fridge to chill and serve to release the heat in summer.
