DRY INGREDIENTS: Plain flour 70 gms
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 50 gms
Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda 1/4 tsp
SAlt 1 pinch
WET INGREDIENTS: Unsalted butter 1/2 cups
Sweetened condensed milk can(10.oz) 1 nos
Thick yoghurt 2 tbsp
Vanilla Essence 1/2 tsp
Instant coffee(optional) 1 tbsp
Hot water 1/4 - 1/2 cups
Chopped walnuts 50 gms
Sugar (optional) 2 tbsp
Oil for greasing 1/2 tsp
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
In a bowl sieve and mix all ingredients under DRY INGREDIENTS
For WET INGREDIENTS, in a bowl add butter, condensed milk,vanilla essence and sugar. Whip nicely.
To this add yoghurt and blend again.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients bit by bit.
Add coffee portion half at a time
Adjust consistency with hot water if needed.
Pour batter in.a greased tray and keep it in preheated oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. .
Check for doneness with toothpick.
If done take out from oven. Cool., cut and enjoy.
