Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 500 gms chicken pieces


  • 2 nos sliced onion


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1 tbsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp kashmiri mirch powder


  • 1 nos bay leaf


  • 1 nos green cardamom


  • 1 nos cinnamon stick


  • 2-3 nos cloves


  • 2 tbsp curd


  • 3-4 nos black pepper


  • 1 tsp salt,to taste


  • 4 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste,curd,coriander powder,red chilly powder,turmeric powder and salt.Keep aside for an hour.
  • Heat Oil In A Pan. Add Cinnamon,Black Pepper,Green Cardamom And Cloves To Crackle.
  • Add Sliced Onion And Saute Till Pink. Add Marinated Chicken And Saute For 4 - 5 Mins Cover It And Cook In Low Flame.
  • Add Half Cup Of Water And Cook For Five Mins. Add Coriander Leaves And Mix Well.
  • Garnish With Coriander Leaves And Serve.
