Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 500 gms chicken pieces


  • 1 tsp kashmiri red chilly powder


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder


  • 2 nos finely chopped green chilly


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 3 nos onion


  • 1 tbsp ginger


  • 5-6 nos garlic


  • 1 tsp salt - to taste


  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce


  • 1 tbsp soy sauce


  • 4 tbsp oil


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

  • Marinate chicken with soy sauce ,tomato sauce,red chilly powder,kashmiri mirch powder,lemon juice and salt.
  • Keep Aside For 30 Mins. Add Onion,Giner Garlic Paste In The Blender To Make A Fine Paste.
  • Heat Oil In A Pan. Add Onion Paste And Saute For 3 - 4 Mins
  • Now Add Marinated Chicken Pieces And Stir Fry For 3 - 4 Mins.
  • Cover It And Cook In A Low Flame For 15 - 20 Mins.
  • Turn Off The Flame. Serve Hot With Steamed Rice And Chapati
