Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 6 piece bitter gourd


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 tbsp for stuffing :mozerella cheese.


  • 4 tbsp boiled sweet corn


  • 1 tbsp pizza seasoning


  • 1/2 tsp salt and chili flakes,as per taste


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 tsp honey


  • 1 tsp chopped green chilies


  • 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves


  • 8 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Wash the bitter gourd properly n cut it in a boat shape. And empty the bitter gourd to fill the suffing
  • Cap the bitter gourd with 1 tablespoon salt for one hour.
  • After an hour wash the bitter gourd with fresh water
  • Mix all the ingredients of stuffing
  • Fill the boat shaped bitter gourd with the stuffing.
  • Heat some oil in a pan and put all the stuffed bitter gourd in oil and cook in low flame until turn to golden brown n crispy.
  • Serve Bittergourd corn cheesy boat with ketchup and cheese dip.
