bitter gourd 6 piece
Salt 1 tsp
For stuffing :mozerella cheese. 2 tbsp
boiled sweet corn 4 tbsp
Pizza Seasoning 1 tbsp
Salt and Chili Flakes,as per taste 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Honey 1 tsp
Chopped Green Chilies 1 tsp
Chopped Coriander Leaves 1 tsp
Oil 8 tbsp
Wash the bitter gourd properly n cut it in a boat shape. And empty the bitter gourd to fill the suffing
Cap the bitter gourd with 1 tablespoon salt for one hour.
After an hour wash the bitter gourd with fresh water
Mix all the ingredients of stuffing
Fill the boat shaped bitter gourd with the stuffing.
Heat some oil in a pan and put all the stuffed bitter gourd in oil and cook in low flame until turn to golden brown n crispy.
Serve Bittergourd corn cheesy boat with ketchup and cheese dip.
