Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups barnyard


  • 1 cups curd


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger


  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 tsp curry leaves


  • 1 tsp grated carrot


  • 2 nos green chilies


  • 4 tsp chopped onion

Directions

  • Cook the barnyard with 2 cup of water
  • Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed, curry leaves, ginger, carrot, chilli, onion and saute it
  • Add it to the rice
  • Add curd
  • Add salt and mix well
