Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Dosa mix : rice flour and dal flour or suji and gramflour 2 bowls

  • Spinach Pyuri 1 bowls

  • Greenchhili,ginger,garlic paste 1 tsp

  • Salt as per taste 2 tsp

  • Oil 5-6 tsp

Directions

  • 01

    wash the spinach and put in boiling water for 2 minutes

  • 02

    Take it out cool it and make pyuri in mixer

  • 03

    Take dosa mix or given flours and add green chilli,ginger,garlic paste,salt and make batter like dosa by adding spinach pyuri

  • 04

    Take nonstick pan apply oil and spread the dosa on it

  • 05

    Shallow fry the dosa from both the sides by applying oil

  • 06

    Spinach dosa ready to serv. Serv with red or green chutney
