  • 2 bowls dosa mix : rice flour and dal flour or suji and gramflour

  • 1 bowls spinach pyuri

  • 1 tsp greenchhili,ginger,garlic paste

  • 2 tsp salt as per taste

  • 5-6 tsp oil


  • wash the spinach and put in boiling water for 2 minutes
  • Take it out cool it and make pyuri in mixer
  • Take dosa mix or given flours and add green chilli,ginger,garlic paste,salt and make batter like dosa by adding spinach pyuri
  • Take nonstick pan apply oil and spread the dosa on it
  • Shallow fry the dosa from both the sides by applying oil
  • Spinach dosa ready to serv. Serv with red or green chutney
