Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups ragi


  • 1/2 cups urad dal


  • 1/4 cups poha


  • 1 cups idli rice


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp oil

Directions

  • Wash and soak the ingredients for 2 hours
  • Grind it and ferment for 8 hours
  • Add salt , required water and mix well
  • Heat dosa tawa
  • Pour the batter in a circle shape and cook for 1 min
  • Sprinkle oil and flip it cook for 1 min
