Take gramflour(besan)in bowl, add 1 tsp salt,red chilly powder 1/2turmeric powder ,1tsp oil and water to make dough for chillahs
Now roaste the grated coconut peepy seeds,sesame seeds
Wash and dry the coriander with cloth and put it warm pan saute for 1 min.and take it out
Now for stuffing mix corriander,grated coconut,peppy seeds,sesame seeds,salt 1 tsp,red chilly powder1 tsp, turmeric powder1/2tsp, ginger garlic paste 1/2tsp,and garam masala 1tsp, mix well ,stuffing is ready
Now take nonstick pan(dosa tava) apply oil on it
Spread the besan batter like dosa add some oil around it
After two minutes make the upper surface down roast for next 2 min. Now again make it upper surface at downward
Spread the stuffing on it fold some portion again spread some stuffing and fold chillah over it
Repeat this until u comes to the other end of chillahs
Roast it neatly take down your chillahs are ready
Serv hot with sauce or tamarind chutney
