  • 4 bowls for chillahs gram flour

  • 2 tsp salt in chillahs and stuffing

  • 2 tsp red chilly powder

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp ginger garlic very fine paste

  • 2 bowls for stuffing coriander

  • 1 bowls grated dry coconut

  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlik paste

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp khaskhas (peppy seeds)

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

  • 1/2 bowls oil


  • Take gramflour(besan)in bowl, add 1 tsp salt,red chilly powder 1/2turmeric powder ,1tsp oil and water to make dough for chillahs
  • Now roaste the grated coconut peepy seeds,sesame seeds
  • Wash and dry the coriander with cloth and put it warm pan saute for 1 min.and take it out
  • Now for stuffing mix corriander,grated coconut,peppy seeds,sesame seeds,salt 1 tsp,red chilly powder1 tsp, turmeric powder1/2tsp, ginger garlic paste 1/2tsp,and garam masala 1tsp, mix well ,stuffing is ready
  • Now take nonstick pan(dosa tava) apply oil on it
  • Spread the besan batter like dosa add some oil around it
  • After two minutes make the upper surface down roast for next 2 min. Now again make it upper surface at downward
  • Spread the stuffing on it fold some portion again spread some stuffing and fold chillah over it
  • Repeat this until u comes to the other end of chillahs
  • Roast it neatly take down your chillahs are ready
  • Serv hot with sauce or tamarind chutney
