Ingredients

  • 1 cups ragi


  • 1 cups pearl millet


  • 1 cups kodo millet


  • 1/2 cups urad dal


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/4 cups poha

Directions

  • Wash and soke the ingredients for 2 hours
  • Grind it and ferment for 8 hours
  • Add salt and mix well
  • Pour the batter in idli mould and steam it for 10 min
